Morning Devotions

Lord, we bring before You the safety of our children and young people in the digital world. They are navigating spaces that many adults barely understand — platforms, games, and communities where predators can hide behind anonymity. Give parents and carers the knowledge and confidence to have open conversations about online safety. Help schools to teach digital literacy with the same seriousness as reading and maths. And where laws and regulations are lagging behind the pace of technology, prompt those in authority to act. We also pray about the growing influence of artificial intelligence. As it shapes what we see, read, and believe, we ask for transparency and accountability from those who design these systems. Let truth not be a casualty of progress. For those who work in cybersecurity — protecting hospitals, businesses, and governments from attack — we pray for vigilance and strength. Their work, often unseen, keeps many of us safe. May we use the tools of this age to build up, not tear down. And may Your wisdom guide every click, every post, and every decision we make online. In the name of Jesus, Amen.
