By accessing and using Dreams and Prayer ("the Service", "the App", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Dreams and Prayer is a faith-based web application providing:

• Prayer resources, themes, and guided devotionals
• Dream journal and interpretation tools
• Community features for sharing prayers and insights
• Spiritual growth tracking and resources

3. User Accounts

Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service
• One person may not maintain more than one account

Account Security

• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We are not liable for any loss or damage from unauthorized account access

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Free Trial

• New users receive a 7-day free trial of premium features
• You may cancel during the trial period without charge
• After the trial, you will be automatically billed unless you cancel

Subscription Plans

• Basic Tier (£3.99/month): Access to all prayer features
• Premium Tier (£5.99/month): Full access including dream tools
• Subscriptions automatically renew monthly
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice

Billing

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• You authorize us to charge your payment method monthly
• Billing occurs on the same day each month as your subscription start date
• Failed payments may result in service interruption

Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial months, except as required by law
• Refunds may be issued at our discretion for technical issues

5. User Content

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create (prayers, dreams, posts, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us:

• A license to store, display, and process your content to provide the Service
• For publicly shared content, a license to display it to other users
• The right to use anonymized, aggregated data for service improvement

Content Standards

When creating or sharing content, you agree NOT to:

• Post content that is offensive, hateful, discriminatory, or harmful
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Violate any laws or third-party rights
• Post spam, advertisements, or commercial content
• Upload viruses or malicious code
• Promote illegal activities or self-harm

Content Moderation

• We reserve the right to review, moderate, or remove any content
• Community-shared content is subject to admin approval
• Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination

6. Intellectual Property

• All Service content (except user-generated content) is owned by Dreams and Prayer
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Our trademarks, logos, and branding may not be used without authorization
• Scripture quotations are from public domain translations (KJV) or licensed sources (NASB)

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Decisions made based on Service content
• Actions of other users
• Third-party service failures (e.g., payment processors)

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

• You may terminate your account at any time through Account Settings
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy

• We may discontinue the Service with 30 days' notice

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be notified via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dreams and Prayer regarding use of the Service.
